About Paramount Visas

We support individuals and organisations who need reliable help with visas and travel documentation.

Sometimes the requirements are complex. Other times, it is simply something they do not have the time to manage themselves.

Paramount Visas is led by Hannah Black, who has over ten years’ experience working across a wide range of visa cases, including extensive work within music, live events, and the wider entertainment industry. Many clients already know Hannah from previous roles and continue to work with her because of her clear judgement, consistency, and practical approach.

We take responsibility for the administrative and logistical side of visa applications, from early planning and advice through to preparing and submitting the paperwork. That means fewer things for our clients to think about, clear explanations of what is needed, and one point of contact throughout the process.

Whether we are supporting a touring party, a professional move, or working with teams arranging visas for others, our approach is the same: careful planning, attention to detail, and communication you can rely on.

What makes us different

Our work is built on practical experience, not sales promises. We don't make guarantees about visa outcomes or processing times, because we can't control those decisions. What we do control is the quality of preparation, the clarity of communication, and the reliability of our support.

We work with clients who value direct, honest advice and who need someone who understands the administrative realities of complex travel requirements. That includes touring schedules that can't be moved, work commitments that depend on visa approvals, and personal situations where previous issues affect what's possible.

Many clients work with us repeatedly, or refer others, because they know what to expect: thorough preparation, clear timelines, and responsive communication when things don't go to plan.

Discretion matters

Much of our work is carried out quietly and on behalf of others. For that reason, we do not publish a client list or name individual artists, productions, or organisations on our website.

Many of our clients come to us through recommendation or prior working relationships, and we are always happy to talk through relevant experience directly when appropriate.
