Touring and production travel support

Tours, performers and productions

Touring brings its own travel challenges. Fixed dates, multiple passports, different entry rules, and very little flexibility.

We're used to working within those constraints, coordinating visas and travel requirements so groups can move as planned.

Typical challenges in touring travel

Passport readiness across the group

Passports can limit what’s possible before visa planning even begins.

We check that each passport is usable for the tour as planned. That includes validity, blank pages, condition, and whether a passport is needed elsewhere during the same period. Getting this clear early avoids delays and last-minute problems later on.

Previous immigration issues and eligibility

Past issues can affect what options are available.

Previous visa refusals, immigration issues, criminal convictions, or past travel problems can affect eligibility in some countries. We take these into account early, explain how they may limit options, and plan accordingly where possible.

Multiple nationalities in one touring party

Entry rules vary by passport.

When a touring party includes several nationalities, visa requirements can differ for the same destination. We identify what each person needs, coordinate applications, and manage the timelines and embassy requirements involved.

Embassy appointments and processing times

Official timelines rarely match tour schedules.

Embassies work to their own schedules. Some require in-person appointments. Some take weeks to process. We plan around these constraints and factor them into your tour logistics well in advance.

Passports held during processing

A passport can only be submitted in one place at a time.

When someone's passport is at an embassy for one visa, but they need to travel somewhere else in the meantime, things get complicated. We coordinate timing, prioritise applications, and work out what's feasible given the constraints.

USA O and P visas for artists and crew

These applications involve extensive documentation and third-party coordination.

O-1, O-2, P-1, and P-2 visas for the United States involve detailed petitions, supporting evidence, and coordination between agents, employers, and the artists themselves. We prepare the documentation, liaise with US counsel, and keep the process on track. For non-touring work visa cases, see our work travel services.

Last-minute changes and additions to touring parties

Tour plans change, but processing times don't.

Tours change. People get added. Itineraries shift. We handle the administrative consequences when plans need to adjust, working within the time you have available.

Complex multi-country tours

Each destination brings different visa requirements and timelines.

When a tour crosses several regions with different visa regimes, the planning becomes more involved. We map out the full picture, identify what needs to be done when, and coordinate the sequence of applications.

How we work on tours

Our approach is built around coordination, clear timelines, and managing the administrative detail.

Planning ahead

We look at the full tour schedule, work out what visa requirements apply, and build a timeline that accounts for embassy processing times, appointment availability, and your travel dates. The earlier we start, the more options we have.

Coordination across the group

We collect the necessary documents from each person, keep track of who needs what, and make sure nothing is missed. When you're working with a group of people with different nationalities and roles, this level of coordination matters.

Clear communication

You'll have a clear point of contact. We'll tell you what we need, when we need it, and what's happening with each application. If something changes or a problem arises, we'll let you know straightaway and explain the options. Where an in-person appointment is required, we'll also provide a clear appointment pack so you know exactly what to bring and what to expect.

Managing the details

Visa applications involve forms, supporting documents, photographs, payments, and embassy correspondence. We can take on as much or as little of that work as you need. For some tours that means handling everything end to end. For others, it means working alongside you, talking things through, or being there in person where it helps.

Support while you're travelling

Tours don't stop for administrative problems. If a passport is lost, a visa is damaged, or someone has difficulties at a border, we respond quickly. We already have the context, copies of documents, and the relationships needed to work through urgent issues without disrupting the tour schedule.
